Post Vintage Engineers are restorers of Aston Martin vehicles. They contacted us early on in the planning stages for their move to new, and bigger, premises.
To design and install an audio-visual system to display motorsport videos, which would be played in the showroom. Additionally, a large display was to be created as the focal point for customer events.
We worked closely with the electrical contractor on the project to ensure all cables were installed correctly. For this we provided CAD drawings and wiring plans.
All electronic devices and amplifiers were hidden away in the office space. Music and video can be streamed to a choice of TVs or the projector in the main showroom.
We were contacted by the developer to assist in adding to the luxurious specification of a new development of apartments in the centre of York. Biba House consists of 24 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms.
To design and supply an audio system in keeping with their interior scheme and budget.
To meet the developer’s budget we decided upon the KBSOUND range of products. The speakers were recessed into the ceiling and a simple to use remote control is used to operate the system. The new owners will have a choice of FM and DAB radio or streaming their own music collection straight from the device in their hand.
The developer was extremely happy with the quality of equipment and our service and we were invited soon after to design a system for a private client of theirs in a recent development of 5 bedroom homes in Harewood.

We were contacted by the architects tasked with restoring the St Paul’s URC church. The church was to be fully restored with the addition of a church community space, offices and 2 high specification apartments on the upper floors.
To design and install a discreet audio-visual system, in keeping with the architect’s vision for each apartment.
We worked closely with the architect on choosing equipment to compliment the interior design. Each apartment consisted of 3 zones of audio and a 5.1 surround sound system for the main lounge. All the rooms could be easily grouped together, or all can play individually. All electronics are hidden away but controllable from any room. The system was designed to be extremely easy to use, but just in case we agreed to visit the lucky new owners of the apartments to show them how everything works.

The client contacted us after we were recommended by the architect. The client and his wife are big lovers of movies and wanted to create a space where they could Netflix and chill.
To design and install a discreet cinema type system for a bedroom.
There were a few design challenges to overcome with this room to keep the equipment as hidden as possible but to also keep within the client’s strict budget.
The projector and screen casing were hidden within the halo ceiling and speakers are all ceiling recessed with extra sound deadening above and around the speakers. The amplifier is hidden away at the bedside within bespoke cabinetry along with Blu-Ray player and set top box. The full system is controlled via a simple to use remote control.
